3. What does UTI-Clear contain?
UTI-Clear is formulated in therapeutic dosage and contains medicinal extracts:
- Agothosma betulina (buchu)
This is a urinary antiseptic and possesses diuretic properties
- Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (umbabazane)
This has been shown to kill bacteria in the urine
- Melissa Officinalis (lemon balm) acts as an anti-viral,
- Avena Sativa (also called Hawer)
This is used as a restorative and nutritive tonic and as a diuretic
- Hypericum perforatum
This is used for viral and bacterial infections
- Echinacea angustifolia
This increases body resistance to infection and has a powerful antiseptic action
- Vaccinium myrtillus (billberry)
This contains anthocyanosides, a potent bioflavonoid complex with antioxidant properties.
4. In what form does UTI-Clear come in?
UTI-Clear comes in concentrated tincture drop form.
5. Is UTI-Clear approved by the FDA?
The FDA oversees all food and drug products. Since UTI-Clear is a herbal dietary supplement, it falls under the ambit of the FDA. In 1994 the FDA set up guidelines for dietary supplements, including labeling requirements, and created the Dietary Supplement Health Education Act (DSHEA). UTI-Clear follows all of DSHEA's guidelines. 6. How do you properly store this product?
Best storage is in a cool (not cold) dark place out of direct sunlight such as a cupboard or closet. The product does not need to be refrigerated.
7. What is the shelf life?
The shelf life for tinctures is around 4 to 6 years. There is a small white sticker under the bottle which indicates expiration date.
8. What is the proper dosage?
Take 15 drops diluted in about ¼ cup water, juice or other liquid of choice, 3 times per day. We recommend keeping one bottle of UTI-Clear on hand at all times.
9. How long until results are seen?
Due to the fast-acting tincture formula, just a few drops of UTI-Clear in a little water will show results within about 24 hours.
Continued use over a period of 3 - 5 days will completely clear the symptoms of most bacterial UTI's without the use of antibiotics and without compromising your immune system. Use consistently and drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
After that, use UTI-Clear for three days at the very first signs of a recurring infection to stop the infection in its tracks.
